Fisher wins Dartmouth byelection

Darren Fisher has won election to the East Dartmouth council seat vacated by Andrew Younger.

Fisher's victory, in a field of seven, was convincing: he received 1,994 votes, while the next closest challenger, Brian Warshick, who had previously held the seat, received just 856. See the complete election results here.
