You work reception in the VG, at a clinic I’ve had to go to every month for a long time. I pretty much hated it until you started working there. You are so upbeat and sweet, I actually enjoy waiting a long time for my appointment now because it is great just watching you interact with people. You have a 100-watt smile and your laugh seems to echo all through the halls, making a place that I used to dread a little bit brighter. It’s obvious that you love your job, so I just wanted to say thanks for the way you are. You give a gravely ill guy something to smile about.
