Knight in Bike Armour

Posted on Tue, Aug 12, 2014 at 10:17 AM

On my way in to work this morning I suffered a flat tire. I managed to make my way off of Windsor and pulled over on Williams St. to change it. No stranger to a bit of grease under my nails and quite capable to do so on my own, I got to it, the most distressing factor for this Damsel was I had to remove all of my jewellery, pin back my lengthy locks and remove my heels and throw on my hikers to perform the task to cause least amount of work apparel wreckage. Whilst in the midst of the change, you came upon me, all handsome on your bike, you kindly offered to assist mentioning you had had a flat on that very street not long ago and someone had offered to assist you, you would like to pay it forward. I now regret telling you that I was ok on my own. Had I accepted your assistance, I could have offered to take you out to thank you if you were indeed single and interested. Regardless, your offer made my day, thank you! —Non-Distressed Damsel
