The people at the blood bank are great! They're so appreciative that you've come to donate blood. Even though they see tonnes of people come in every day, they're still patient and happy. The volunteer who gave me chocolate milk and Oreos was perfectly suited to be taking care of us afterwards and I left feeling great for 1. Donating blood, and 2. That it was really appreciated.
