To the wonderful bridge commissionaire on the day of the snowstorm, I thank you. My gas light came on after an hour of crawling to the toll station and there was still an hour of crawling afterwards. I waved you over and told you how worried I was about running out of gas on the bridge. You told me not to worry and quickly retrieved a gas canister and filled my tank with enough gas to get through the stressful crossing home. Wow.
