In Solidarity...

I rushed out of a meeting and cycled downtown, hoping to join a certain walk that was going on. Unfortunately, I got the place wrong, and ended up cycling around the city for the next 45 minutes, only to conclude that I must have missed the event entirely. As a young straight man who cares deeply for his many female friends and counts among them at least three who have been victims of some sort of sexual abuse or violence, I just wanted to send my love and support to everyone who attended - or, like me, planned to attend but couldn't.
