Tomorrow we will celebrate living together for one year after dating for at least a year before that... I love you so much and think you are the best. I hope you were serious when I asked you if you thought we could live and be together for the rest of our lives and you said yes... —From your "Cutie Cuddle Bear"

Fuck, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for judging you without knowing all the details. I'm sorry I made my judgement public, too. I tried to take it back but my pleas were ignored. I feel so fucking awful about it. I'm sorry I'm not more mature. I'm sorry I was a jerk. I hope you can forgive me even though I'm not sure I can forgive myself. —Girl in Your Neighbourhood

It's 40 Days for Life which means Knights of Columbus block South Park St. near the entrance to the Vic General with inaccurate images, prayer circles, and an abundance of dirty looks.

Done with the whining; now the love: Praise be to the individuals or group who decorated that same stretch of South Park St. with "365 days of choice"; "40 days of bullshit"; "it's your body and your choice"; and my favorite: "feminists rule this town". You made my Thursday, and maneuvering around the sidewalk-blocking protesters for the next 39 days won't feel like such a hassle knowing they'll be forced to look at, maybe even consider, another, for me more palatable point of view. Street art with a message should not be a crime, and you rock! —Street Art Nspire

To the friendly guy stocking veggies at a busy stand at the market... Thanks for giving my boy some blueberries last weekend. You staved off a melt-down! —Blueberry Boy and his Mama

Thank you for always being so kind to everyone who enters your store. You're all so full of knowledge and so helpful! I moved away for a year and I can't tell you how much I missed having access to your amazing store. Keep it up! —Fellow Pagan

Hugs and high-fives for some of last week's commentators! I love what you've done! You took the pressure and blame off victims of sexual assault. (Whew!) And you savvily illuminated what we need to investigate to understand sexual violence and sexual freedom. (Yes!) Thank you! You're my heroes! —A Graduate of the Old Boi School

I want you. God how I want you.. but given how much older you are and how in awe I am of you I'm too afraid to tell you. And in my imperfect and shoot-myself-in-the-foot sort of way, my stubborn dignity dictates that I treat you with aloofness and standoffish coolness because if I didn't, the electricity shooting from every inch of my body whenever you're anywhere near me would give me away in a second. (God forbid if it hasn't already... that's a worrying thought..) If you only knew what I wanted to do to you. One night would be enough but I couldn't give you all the pleasure I wanted to if I had a thousand nights. I could spend the first week nibbling on your adorable earlobe alone.

But we're so different. I can't even begin to imagine a reality where I could approach you and the generation gap is only the beginning.. So I continue to drift around you in wide, somewhat concentric circles as I cultivate my sense of fake preoccupied obliviousness to just how ridiculously hot you are. —Shy Little Tomboy with the Curls

To the gorgeous dark-haired chick in front of me at the grocery store on North and Windsor, thank you for the Air Miles! I was hoping to see you in the parking lot, to thank you again, and tell you how AMAZING you look, but I guess you had already left. I hope you had a great night! —Wide-Eyed in Tye-Dyed

Dear loving roommate, thanks so much for being you. I always brag to my friends about how great you are with your kindness and baked goods. Your singing IS beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to share this house in the forest with you. —Meow
