Honest Haligonians

Posted on Mon, Aug 29, 2011 at 1:11 PM

On Saturday night, I went out for the first time in a couple months. As the regular DD, I was so excited to get my drink on that I left my keys in my car door for almost 6 hours after that! I remember looking for my keys while considerably smashed - not looking to drive, just to make sure I had them before I left - and promptly freaking out because I figured I had left them somewhere stupid. Amazingly, the keys were still in my car door, the doors were locked, nothing was taken, and my car hadn't been touched! YOWZA. Halifax, you are full of the best people, it would have been only too easy to take advantage of a situation like that. Haligonians - YOU ROCK. And have my eternal gratitude. And love. —Little Red Drunk
