To the lady on the bus who saw me reading Runner's World- I do plan to run this weekend at the Natal Day Race :) Hopefully we have good weather and we'll see you there! Sorry I butted in front of you to get on the bus- with my headphones in it took me a few minutes to process what you were actually saying to me- eep!

Also mad love to all my fellow runners out there, enjoy what's left of the running season and see you all at the Natal Day race, the Macpass Mile, the Navy 10K, and all the other great events scheduled all over the province! Halifax is an awesome city to run in! :) We have the best hill for hill training and amazing trails!
