You are awesome. One day, I was on my way to a doctor's appointment - feeling pretty bummed, knew I was going to get bad news. You were so affable and courteous to every single person who boarded your bus - the nicest touch was to address every female passenger as "My lady". Coming from a person who obviously has a good heart, that familiarity - yes, even on public transit - is appreciated and encouraged! Thank you! So sweet!!
