Hey all you hipsters and newbie advice columnists! Did you know weed isn't a new thing? Did you know the black market has—and always will—outshine and out supply legal stores? The legal stores can't even keep weed in stock and its shitty product at that. What, the cannabis store charges $75 for crap ditch weed with a cool name, when I can high-end stuff of the same weight for $40 delivered to my door? Within an hour?
Your babble are an indication you know nothing about weed except how to water it and get weed crumbs in your man bun. Get a life and catch up or get lost! Weed has been around since you great granny passed away.

To the couple blocking the accessible parking spots outside a local community fitness centre, who, after I honked at you to move, yelled to me that ”patience is a virtue”: The rest of our confrontation is a bit of a blur, but let me tell you, I am the example of patience. I needed the spot to pick up my daughters, one of whom is in a wheelchair. At seven year sales old, my beautiful little girl cannot walk unassisted, is non verbal, is profoundly intellectually delayed and has severe epilepsy. I work daily with my daughter in hopes she will one day walk, communicate using signs or pictures, feed herself and use the toilet independently. I hope she will outgrow her daily seizures.
I am patient because it may take years for any one of those things to happen, or perhaps they'll never happen at all.
I have been dealing with people parking in front of those accessible spots for years. I have complained in person and over the phone to management and offered solutions and although I was promised a solution was coming, I am still waiting.
So yes, I honked at you and your wife because I am tired of people being lazy and blocking parking meant for persons with disabilities and not for people who are too lazy to park in the regular spots and walk a few steps ( because they should appreciate the fact that they can).

Why would anyone want to stay in this province? You can't make enough to pay rent here. All the employers in this province want you to work for nothing, contract positions with no vacation, breaks or lunches.
You're not even allowed to talk to fellow employees or customers. Nobody has any social skills because all they want to do is stare at their crack phones. Shitty pay, no benefits, and then they expect you to go to not one but two interviews! I mean come on, I am not applying to do brain surgery
Honestly you didn't even mention the wage and you want me to do two interviews then I find out you pay minimum wage? Are you kidding me? Look at my resume! Why would you even call and waste my time for minimum wage? I am not starving yet!

There is an ease to being with you
That I hope doesn't dissipate
Even after you have to leave here
I know you said there are flights
But I worry that knowing there's an end
Is what has made all this work
And in the moments before you leave
Don't speak with honesty
I need an ease to being without you.

I am a cashier at a store in Halifax. Today we were collecting donations for the Bahor family, a Syrian family whose seven children died in a tragic fire earlier this month. I was so happy that people readily opened their hearts and their wallets to make a donation on behalf of the family, including a young boy who gave $1 from his pocket money because he wanted to do something for them. What I did find disheartening was the one woman who instead of just saying "No thanks" or "Not today" replied that unless she was given a tax receipt for her $2 donation, she was not interested in donating to the family. What a heartless bitch. Thank you to all the kind people who took the time to donate to this poor family today.

You guys seriously screwed me and your other employees over. I was laid off over the holidays and, when I was supposed to go back to work, my coworker told me we were laid off for another month. I had to reach out to my employer to figure out what was going on. I could barely afford groceries and was eating a meal a day waiting to hear back if I had a job there, when living expenses are seasonally higher and employment is low. You only scheduled two people to run the kitchen at a time for minimum wage, which was absolutely ridiculous especially considering the weird hours and not being able to have a meal there without it coming out of our own pocket— all while trying not to lose it during a rush. You took our debit tips and taxed us on them to add to the businesses general income. Ugh.

We met in September and I knew right away you were too good to be true but I took a chance and we dated anyway. You're the sweetest person I've ever met and even though our relationship was short lived and you dumped me over Facebook, I'm still grateful that I was able to spend the time with you that I did. You were the one that got away and I'll always wonder what we could have had. I hope you achieve all your dreams and find the love you're searching for. Even though we will never meet again I will always think back fondly on our short time together. I never thought I would date again but you have opened that door for me to get out there and keep trying. Best of luck with school and I hope your life is full of love and adventure. I'll miss you more.

I left a pair of grey blundstones in the back of a cab on Valentine's Day. This was my fault. After many calls to the cab company, I was told that the driver checked and was unable to find them. These are my only shoes, which I wear year round. So, to whoever took my beloved blunnies: I hope they give you blisters. They're flecked with orange paint so you'd better believe I'll be checking out every grey blunnie I come across.

I'm just reading about a part time job on Kijiji that offers a couple measly bucks above minimum wage and, of course, has no benefits and the poster of the ad has the nerve to describe this piece of crap job as an "Amazing Opportunity". You know what would be "amazing"? If you would hire full-time employees and offer them benefits—duh! How amazing it is to live paycheck to paycheck without any insurance coverage for dental work or medications. Shove your shitty job up your arse. Same goes for all the delapitated couches on kijiji for hundreds of dollars. The cushions are always sagged out and stained with filth or full of cat scratches. The ad aways says "stunning" sofa. The only thing that stuns me is that hunk of junk isn't out on the side of the road! Get a fucking grip, you Kijiji assholes! Nobody is buying it!

Why is there not a single weed dispensary in all of downtown Dartmouth? There's one on Main Street, one in Woodside, but not a single one downtown! I am disabled and have to ride several buses in the winter time to get my medication! This is ridiculous! Also, these weed dealers who still sell illegally need to wake the fuck up and get out of bed if they want to service their customers. I'm not waiting for your ass all day anymore—now you have competition. I suggest you answer your fucking phone if you want to make money, dickhead!
