To the woman who hit me with her car 5 years ago. The fact you make me serve you coffee every day is okay. At least I get paid for that. But seeing you today walking down a busy street with headphones on brought back the old anger and feeling of unfairness. Do you fear crossing the street like I do? Can you not listen to music or wear dark clothing when you are walking to work? Do you double then triple check for cars when the streets are empty? Do you get anxious every time you see a car signal left and you know you have the right of way but anticipate getting hit anyways? I hate that I have all this fear, when what mistake did I make?
