Look Both Ways FFS!
I've just returned to Halifax after a few months away and am APPALLED by the Haligonian pedestrians. I absolutely agree that pedestrians always have the right of way, but for God's sake, if you're going to cross the street, use your brain and check to make sure the oncoming traffic has seen you before you dart out into the road!! If I see you, I will stop, but if you run out in front of me you're risking both my safety and your own. —Disgruntled Driver
