Halifax hearts you all over, dog owners, for having learned that essential skill of bagging the poops of your charges, but now there's a surprise: a step two!! And that, dear ones, is the taking of the little bags away somewhere, not leaving them on the street sides, people's gardens, lawns, the Commons, Citadel Hill, etc. —Not 2 Tease
