To all the people who take issue with the schools' bullying policy, instead of pointing fingers at government or bureaucracy, take a good look at the parents of said students. If it ain't about neglect nor indifference....it's about liability, as in I'm suing if my child is punished and I didnt agree to it. Dollar bills y'all....and unfortunately no good cents (sense).
