Income tax could fund city budget?
WTF is this?! I can't believe people are agreeing to this! Or even a topic of discussion! Essentially taxing our income tax. Taxing the fucking highest tax in Canada we already pay! Seriously! What era do we live in, the dark ages of fucking Robin Hood? Last I checked we're in Halifax, not under the rule of the Nevada Mafia!
