Unbelievable rent increases in this city in the last two years. I don't really understand why or how a tiny shit hole mold basement could be rented for more than $700 (NOT EVEN INCLUDING UTILITIES), but lo and behold, shit hole basements are more expensive than two bedroom flats with a patio only a mere two years ago (the last time I was apartment hunting). Really unbelievable. And what's with all these fucking $1,500 a month condos everywhere? WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT? I wish council would do something about rental caps. But they can't even get lines painted on the road let alone do something that actually benefits people. Seems like there are a lot of empty "luxury suites" around town. Landlords are greedy dicks and the rent in this city is officially fucked. —Drop The Price Already
