I was given a ticket $141.16 yesterday for biking from where I was parked, to the other side of the road. First of all this officer was very short, sour, uptight, and extremely rude! Then went on to explain why there would be no point in fighting the ticket because it would be too expensive?? This confused me, because if he thought it was his moral duty to give me the fairest consequence for my actions why would he have to explain this to me? Is the justice system straying away from its community and loyalty. Of course it is! Maybe a transforming meditation retreat will help you gain some insight of the beautiful connectiveness to the world, roll around in a meadow, look up at the stars on the beach and listen to the waves. Maybe your power-hungry demeanour and obvious self-deception will melt away. —Officer of Justice, If You're Not Willing to Do It
