Why is being single considered so terrible? Of course everyone needs a little affection once in a while, and sex with a partner your comfortable with can be great, but there is also something to be said about singlehood. Being single is fun. You don't owe anything to anyone. You can do whatever you want whenever you like with anyone you chose. Single people are better friends and normally more fun on a night out. I don't know why people feel they need to be perpetually significant other hunting. Be happy, enjoy your own company and have fun alone. Don't take relationships too seriously not every person you meet of the opposite sex has to be a potential mate, sometimes they can just be an interesting person to talk to for an hour. —Relax
