Ok, this is for all the service workers out there. Especially the cleaners. I've had to take this part time cleaning job out of necessity. It's not my trade. Can't do that due to an accident, so instead of trying to take advantage of the system. I do what I can. But this job is a real education into human behavior. I for one cannot fathom just how absolutely fucking disgusting some people are in public washrooms. We've all seen it from time to time, somewhere. But when you work in one building, that has no drinking establishment I might add, and see how people treat public spaces. ZERO respect...... period. And the one that never fails to amaze me. Ask any cleaner this one, same story I'm sure.

People will be all apologetic about walking on a freshly mopped floor, but tell them a washroom is closed for cleaning (the other one is a 60 second walk away!) and they will very unapologetic-ally still sit down and shit in the space you're doing your best to keep clean, and act like I'm being an asshole for asking them to take a very short walk. I'm paid to clean up after your shit (bad enough) not to take your shit! I hope you eventually realize that if we weren't cleaning up after you, it wouldn't take very long before you wouldn't even walk in the door to piss on the floor. That's how disgusting it would be, because of the total lack of respect for those that do the menial work around you every day. Try pissing IN the toilet once in awhile all you fucking pigs out there....... WHEW!!!!! I could go on and on, but you get the idea. —Show a Little Appreciation or Get a Diaper
