Have you guys noticed that most work related bitches on The Coast tend to have a narcissistic quality to them?
OP will be pissed at a coworker that doesn't work.
Or OP will be upset with the way they are treated.
Or OP will be upset about decisions made by management.
I have rarely seen any comment that suggested that the OP is concerned about their employer's interests. Or any comments that suggest that the OP actually shows any pride in their work. Do they hold certain work ethics important?
Is this common in NS? Are all Nova Scotians so insecure about our jobs that they are trapped in a culture of: getting defensive about ourselves or contemptuous about others?
Do you realize that in job markets where I am confidant that I can get another job, I have actually raised issues and concerns that I thought were in the best interest of my employer?
Where is the pride that you should have for your own skills and labour?
Do you really want to go through life being on the 'walking dead' ie someone that goes to work each day but doesn't give a shit about anything. Are you really that narcissistic? —Have Worked Elsewhere, and I'm Not in NS for the Money
