Ice Ball Hooligans
It is September, therefore, I know that you got your "snowball" from the ice shavings at CHP. Thank you so very(!) much for throwing it at my car. I sincerely hope you mistook the two cop cars, that drove past after me, for victims of your iceball prank. I am very happy that it did not dent my mother's brand new car, or as Russell Peters says: "Somebody gonna get a hurt real bad" —Not Too Impressed
