Civility and Consideration

There is an individual who gets on the #20 bus every day who is either drunk or loud, or a combination of both. Why do certain people believe that everyone else on the bus wants to hear their personal business? It is apparent no one on the bus wants to hear it from the looks on their faces. When you inform this individual politely they are talking too loudly/yelling and suggest perhaps they should lower their voice, they say mind your own business. My question is, how can you, when this person is yelling out her business to everyone on the bus? Whatever happened to civility and consideration for others on the bus? —Tired Bus Traveler
