Thanks to the OP who posted about 18-somethings who can't bike. I appreciate the distinction from bikers who have experience biking in cities and bother to learn road rules. As an experienced biker, I wish people would know how to drive! How do some of you get off with a license? Please refer to the road book you read 20 years ago about how cyclists, when on the road, are vehicles and you are NOT allowed to pass them if there isn't space. I make a point of being aggressive on the road so you know what I am doing as a smaller vehicle. The gutter is dangerous in Halifax because of the road quality, so don't cut me off and push me in it. Don't expect me to speed up. Don't slow down while I'm trying to make a left turn. Don't do awkward pull overs that could cause me an accident. Don't cut me off in the turning lane. I almost DIE everyday because of morons that do this. Thanks. —I Read the Rules 4 Times
