You were, without a doubt, the worst manager I have ever worked for, which led to my hunt for better jobs. I got an interview for a great job. I nailed the interview, then they asked for my references. Basically, I was told I had the job if they got good remarks from my references. One of the references had to be from this job (working for you) because it was related to this new position but I wasn't gonna use a psycho asshole like you for one of my references, so I used the other manager who treated people with respect.

Unfortunately, he didn't want to give out his home/cell # so I had to use the # from work. All of my references were reliable people I trusted, but for some strange reason I didn't get the job. I asked them why, and they said based on one of my references, I'm not an ideal worker. So I asked them who they were talking to. TURNS OUT IT WAS YOU! They called last Wednesday afternoon and the manager (who was SUPPOSED to be my reference) was working, but so were you! You took it upon yourself to not pass the phone to the other manager and told this would-be employer I was not reliable and one of the worst employees you've ever had. Total fucking bullshit! On top of that, you've cut my hours like fucking crazy. I'm working 5 hours a week! What the fuck is wrong with you! You've completely screwed me over, and I didn't do anything to you! And a fuck you to the other employer: all of my other references were great, so why didn't it occur to you that this fucker was full of shit?! I'm royally fucked now...
