Something Needs to Change
Ever since I got to Halifax, I have loved the city and love the people in it. For the most part, everyone is quite friendly and seem to understand the social standard. The one thing though that I don't understand is how there are so many homeless people in such a small area. Now, I'm not bitching about the homeless people, I'm bitching about how about 75% of them smoke cigarettes. Who is going to pay for them while in the hospital, us that's who. The tax payers of this country. That is what I came here to bitch about. Thank you. —A Concerned Student
