To the bar I work for and the company that owns it, GO FUCK YOURSELVES! You run your establishments like an archaic fraternity (or as we like to dub it "a boys club"). As far as managers go, you SUCK! Just because you make orders, do the cash, make the schedule, etc. doesn't make you a great manager! A good manager has excellent communication skills (do you people even know what a staff meeting is?), decision-making skills, and leadership skills (that includes enthusiasm)... none of which you have or attempt to develop. Grow some fucking balls and cut someone; we shouldn't have to decide amongst ourselves. And if you hate your life and job so much, why don't YOU quit so that I don't have to come into work happy and leave miserable!

And let's not forget about how easily a sexual harassment suit could be put against any one of the managers within these establishments. Questions and discussions of a person's sexual life: Check; Touching a person in a sexual way: Check; Commenting on a person's sexual attractiveness: Check. However, it's not surprising that a suit like this hasn't happened, since the server has no one within the company to report these actions to because they're all buddies or the ones actually acting out such behaviour.

And furthermore, your heads are shoved so far up a particular beer company's ass that you in fact wear it as a hat. I love serving people and telling them "no you can't have that" about 3 times before I finally feel like an idiot and have to tell them they pretty much have two options. What a fucking Draconian drink menu you have. And speaking of things Draconian... now that you've decided to crackdown because the other establishments can't afford to keep themselves running, the servers and customers are being punished for the misuse of company money. HELLO, it's not our fucking fault. Quit blaming the use of lemons in water and overlooking the grandiose tabs that written off every weekend. As an educated and intelligent human being I can no longer ignore the elitism present within this work environment. —I'm outta here
