An Open Letter to Halifax's Weather
I'm pretty tolerant when it comes to bad weather. I've lived in Calgary and in Vancouver, so whether you decide to go with biting cold or grey and rainy I'm pretty much okay with. But could you please stop constantly changing your mind every few hours? I'm getting really tired of wearing my winter jacket when going to class and having it soaked clean through on my way back home. —A wet rag
