But to the woman in front of me, shut your fucking trap and get your order. Learn to get it right the first time, I have never waited for one person for that long. The worker doesn't need to hear about your big family Christmas, order your hot chocolate and get the fuck out and NEVER try to butt in front of me in line again for the sandwich you forgot to order. To the worker, you are not paid to socialize, and to the rest of the building stop washing the same space of countertop and wait on customers.
