Those hideous and insulting scenic scaffolds that tried to be art, erected near the Dartmouth and Halifax ferry terminals had to go! Nobody, resident or visitor, needs to be told which way to face to admire the many facets of the jewel that is our harbour. Seems some individual(s) on the Dartmouth side hove that abomination into the harbour! Bravo! Curiously, the it's Halifax counterpart remains.

And the question comes to mind: why would this project be approved, where someone from another province is hired to come here to show us what is magnificent about our unique world class harbour, as if we aren't capable of accomplishing this on our own? If we must have art on the waterfront at least let it be something that adds to the beauty of it's environment instead of detracting from it. These structures are embarrassing and insulting at the same time. If that was the intent then it is well accomplished. —CC Cowgirl
