Hate this apartment ugg...why do I keep living here?

Dear Landlord,

Learn how to fix things. Our bathroom faucet is broken and the cold water tap on the bathtub has been broken since June. We have called you six times, put in two written requests for this to be fixed. I am so frustrated with this, is it that hard to fix something.

We already had to replace the toilet seat (which was cracked when we moved in) and now the shower head (which recently just cracked), I am not replacing two faucets. I am so sick and tired of you not making repairs, I am sick and tired of calling you and writing to you and you do nothing.

Also I want my $75 back for the parking spot, which you assured us, oh yes I have parking. Then four phone calls later to find out which spot you tell us to park on the side of the driveway to the building and that we are on a waiting list for parking. Why did you cash our check if you knew you didn't have parking? I just submitted yet another request for the repairs and also for the return of the $75, you have one week or I am making the application to the tenancy board (which I am sure won't do a damn thing besides cost me another $30). —South Street
