Why can't you just pick up the phone?
What is with people not calling you back to let you know that you didn't get the job or the room in the house?
Sure, you might feel bad about it, but think about all the constant wondering and stress you'll be relieving the person of. I, for one, am tired of waiting a week with no reply to realize that I wasn't the recipient of what I wanted.
It might be a bit of a hassle, but to me it just seems like common decency. —Tired of not knowing
