Stressed Environment
Do you think I like being mean all the time? I hate you, do I have to show you that everyday? We sit here like fish in a fishbowl waiting for your next verbal attack. We should not have to be threatened at our workplace by you, looking over our shoulders, locking doors behind us - It's exhausting being on edge all the time. I can't even do my job effectively.
