To the asshole who's stupid Nissan SUV was parked illegally behind my apartment building with a broken alarm going off continuously for over 2 hours:

You're absolutely brain dead and inconsiderate, and you're lucky you drove away before someone smashed your car to pieces. Even more of a piss off, though, were the officials we called to report the noise complaint to... My boyfriend called twice over the two hours the alarm was going off and the female dispatcher told him that someone would contact him and let him know the alarm was off, and requested he call back with a number to reach him at. When he did this a male answered, asked if he had been drinking, and said he had already been told the cops can't do anything and to stop calling.

So here I am at 4:22 am more sour at the cops then the driver of the stupid car with the stupid alarm. The fact that they attempted to shift the blame and act like we were harassing them really cements my confidence in our police force. —Angry sleep deprived couple
