Grow some balls! I don't read the bible very often (never in fact) but an eye for an eye works for me. Too many people are getting away with murder, literally!
Under the influence of marijuana? I've never wanted to kill anyone when high, murdered a few hot dogs though... The next time one of these mentally unstable killers tries to off themselves - LET THEM! Its called survival of the fittest isn't it?
