To the person who installs paper towel dispensers...
Why can't they be mounted at a lower level? I hate the fact that after washing my hands, I have to reach up and at an angle that causes little droplets of water to trickle down my forearm towards my elbows.
It really gets to me!!!! I hate that feeling!!!
