Pre-drinking Fail

Posted on Mon, Jan 11, 2010 at 3:56 PM

Pre-drinking is a skill that takes little time to hone. Learn your limits, go to it, head out and hold off on ordering drinks for a few hours. You want to keep a warm buzz all night, without getting sick, and without sobering up.

Pre-drinking does not mean getting so plastered you can barely leave the house, in turn ruining your groups night. Really, if your that drunk - to the point where you bend over to put on your shoes and do a face plant - you shouldnt be growling at the people who are telling you to take it easy. Most of those people were looking forward to a long night of chatting and catching up, dancing and an over all relaxed mood.

Having to watch you and make sure you didnt get kicked out of anywhere/fall/start drama/get stolen/get lost/catch yourself on fire trying to light a smoke/order more to drink was not in the nights agenda.

Thanks for ruining the spirit of the night and making an ass of yourself.

Pre-drinking: Your doing it Wrong.
