HRM Steals Charitable Donation
Dear Charity,
I won't be making a donation this year as HRM stole your money. You see, I parked at the Bloomfiled Centre overnight (1-8am) because of their damn parking ban. I had rented a car to visit a friend who was unable to come home for Xmas. Apparently, you have to PAY to use it. Given my low income, I can't give you a donation as I had to pay the fine. Perhaps Peter will assist you in some way?!
