At the very least, knock a hundred bucks off my rent and let me heat the place myself. I've spent the last month cozied up with blankets, sweaters, space heaters, slippers, and coffee because my apartment is a balmy 12 degrees (on a good day). I can see my breath inside! A glass of water on the floor freezes overnight! I need to boil water for a hot bath! Unacceptable. This tenant is going to start burning her rent cheques for the warmth.
