so i called a dartmouth cab company for my friend and they first ring, then i hung up i said wow that was fast the awnserd cab probably wont take long, then we looked out the window and there was a cab in the driveway, my friend scrabbled for her things and when she ran out the cab was gone, when she called to ask if the cab responded to the call or if someone took it on her or whatever, the dispatch screamed at her over the phone... when i tried calling back 10mins later (give the guy time to cool off) he lectured me first then then screamed at me until i hung up on him. i was really upset because i am very polite on the phone and a 30 second conversation would have cleared the whole issue up. when we called the supervisor we got more rude comments. there is no regulations for these cab companies, its not just the rude dispatchers who yell at you and hang up in your ear. call a cab from a payphone and the chances that they will even show up is slim, FUCK!!!
