Jumping on a land mark
To those flippin' "jumpers" that hop and bounce all over the stairway to the Citadel Hill. Piss off!! you are defacing a national historic site. Its not there to use as a jungle gym. I work in a downtown hotel and have had many tourists complain about you being there and making people want to avoid that entrance to the hill. PISS OFF!
