Dear bike cops,
Where the hell do you get your balls? Charging kids with fines at skateparks and not even giving them a fair warning. Just saying "There are signs posted" doesn't really count as a fair warning. It's dicks like you who give other REAL officers a bad rap. I hope you blow a tire. Jerks.
