Silent Study does not mean TALKING
You Inconsiderate Pricks:
If you need to talk to your friends in the library why not work outside of the "silent study" learning commons. Better yet when somebody asks you to stop talking instead of going on separate computers and talking using facebook chat and snickering loudly, why don't you just Fucking Leave?
Some of us actually care about our educations.
