Everyone is taking their time on the streets except for anyone in a vehicle featuring the HRM logo. Public works truck, plows, salt trucks, and the worst offenders the Metro Transit Buses, have absolutely no regard for anyone on the road. When they see an area that's been turned into a bottle neck by the snow bank and parking situation, they are slamming down the accelerator and pulling into the middle of the road forcing most drivers to hope to god they aren't going to get clipped by the oncoming traffic. If these vehicles don't adjust to the driving situations like the rest of us someone is going to get mangeled, the city will get sued, and we'll be footing the bill for even more of the city's wasteful spending. As of right now we have bus drivers who can't drive, and public works workers who care more about driving fast in their city truck than taking care of cleaning up the city. Slow down and be mindful like the rest of us.
