PARKING BAN MY ASS

I wonder what is the point of the city setting a no parking ban ALL winter long. It is stupid for people to pay for parking when it is not snowing but when a damn storm is coming or has arrived why are there not any tow trucks out towing the assholes tha

I wonder what is the point of the city setting a no parking ban ALL winter long. It is stupid for people to pay for parking when it is not snowing but when a damn storm is coming or has arrived why are there not any tow trucks out towing the assholes that do block the streets and cause unneccesary piles of snow, similair to the big ass pile in from of my house because the lazy asshole next door doesn't think she should move during a storm! Who wouldn't even come her lazy ass out if a tow truck were towing her. This is what should happen there should be a number to call for these vehicles to be ticketed and no small $20 ticket, how about a $200 ticket and add the towing and impound fees to that and see how many fucking retards leave their precious vehicles in the street after that during a storm!
