To a self-respecting patron of a bar/restaurant, there is nothing more unappealing than a progressively drunk woman talking progressively louder to her friends. Shallow gossip, foul language and the general inability to walk a straight line are huge turn-offs to both sexes, and no doubt an embarrassment to your smart friends who have to accompany you to the bathroom so you don’t fall.
Knowing when you’ve had enough is a good thing to learn – especially when you’ve been of drinking age for longer than the drinking age itself.
