If you are old enough to sign a lease, you should be old enough to perhaps not break things such as washing machine's, especially knowing how the landlord doesn't really fix things such as that. Case in point. At some time over the weekend, an immature person decided won't it be great to break the coin trays off the washer's. Judging from the twisted metal, it took much effort. But now we are left with a building of about 40 people, with two broken washing machine's, one working washing machine.

It's bad enough that we had one working dryer, but the coin slot jams so it needs to be hit with a rubber mallet to get it to unjam and work. But you know what, my clothes can air dry, on my drying rack. But I don't have time to hand wash all my clothes.

I wouldn't expect the landlord to fix this, as the other dryer has been broken for three months. After all have you forgotten he is cheap and doesn't like to fix things. After all he doesn't live here, why would he care. Why did you have to break the washing machine's? We aren't particularly close to a laundromat, so its a long walk for those of us suckers that don't have wheels.

I hope you enjoyed the few dollars you may have gotten from the machine..thanks for making life for the rest of us living here a little more sucky.

The immature acts of someone with too much time on their hands usually annoys me.
