Sat night, I was downtown on my way to a concert. There were cops everywhere, probably because of the Grand Parade concert and Elton John concert. And of course, there were many bums begging. I have no problem with someone asking for a little help, but for the two little bastards bumming money outside Tim Hortons on Barrington street, your cause is pittiful.

Here they are asking for spare change while they are smoking a joint. Fuck You
