First one i read in the paper was about the RCMP uncovering a Terrorist training camp here in ON.
That's what the headline said. As I read the article, and realized how misleading the title can be, I started to really wonder if I actually live in Canada anymore.
It turns out that the camp was actually setup by RCMP. They hired an informant who went around ON trying to recruit naive teenagers. The informant insisted on having a professional gun handling training class for the trainees supplied by the RCMP, to avoid accidental shooting since none of the recruits knew how to handle a gun. This is his court statement and court documents obtained by CBC. Finally I get to the conclusion that none of these people were actually terrorists, they were just teenagers that the RCMP entrapped, illegally mind you, since i thought it was illegal to setup such camps. The camp never actually existed. It was all done by the RCMP, training supplied by RCMP, weapons supplied by RCMP, even chantings and music and songs that spread hate was supplied by the RCMP. Even the ring leader was an RCMP officer. Then they arrest them, and claim that these boys actually setup the camp. Link to story is below.

Second story is about food and grossness. I had no idea there were legal horse slaughter houses in North America. People are actually eating horses. With all the abundant food and meat available in North America, people decided to eat horses.
That's just disgusting!
