For a while now I've been making regular calls to the city to complain about the behaviour of the transit drivers along one or another of my regular routes. Although I'm a big fan of public transit and I respect what must be a largely thankless job, I've begun to feel like I'm in an abusive relationship with Metro Transit after dealing with ongoing bad/dangerous behaviour by drivers: I've been grabbed, told off, missed buses that arrived too early/too late/not at all, and feared for my safety when drivers speed along icy roads. Aside from having to take a cab on Saturday because of an early bus (does it really take only 7 minutes to make the drive from Dartmouth to Oxford Street? C'mon, now. Those schedules are printed for a reason), I haven't had much to complain about lately. So, good job, Metro Transit.
Bathe before you bus, please.
